RETURNS / REFUNDS
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return.
Our return policy allows for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your order was processed, we will unfortunately be unable to process a return or refund request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your return was approved after inspection. After approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Be sure to include the details of any damage found in your exchange request.
Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
We know accidents happen that won’t be covered under warranty, and that’s okay. We offer replacement parts for all components of FlipSurf. Send your purchase receipt or FlipSurf order number along with a list of the parts you need, to sales@flipsurfwake.com.
We’ll shoot you an invoice for the cost of new parts plus shipping. Our goal is to keep you surfing, so we’re making it easy to get back on the water fast.
